We try to take Adison's picture before church every Sunday. Typically he's moved on to another outfit by the time Sunday school is over. He looks so handsome in red. This handsome outfit was a gift from Adrienne Usher. I thought he'd never fit into those "big" 3 months clothes and now he's in them....

Adison is taking a nap so I have a minute to post some more pictures. Just a couple to tide you over until next time... :)

I tell you what, he's been talking up a storm today. He must have a lot to tell me today because he's cooed since he got up this morning. By the way, he slept all night again last night (8 hours). He's such a good boy!

Happy Wednesday!

Adison's First Zoo Trip

This past week was Mission's Conference at our church. On Saturday, Jon and I were given the opporunity to take one of the missionaries and his kids to the zoo, along with two of the children from our church and Adison, of course. Here are a few pictures from that event. It was quite chilly out but everyone seemed to really enjoy themselves. Adison slept most of the time, so we'll have to take another trip when he gets a little older! Enjoy the pictures!

2 Nights in a Row

Adison has been doing so good at night. For the past 2 nights he's slept solid through the night. Wednesday night I put him to bed at 10:00 and he didn't wake up until 6:30 for a feeding. Last night I put him to bed at 10:30 and he woke up this morning at 6:30 for a feeding. I'm so proud of him. The past two mornings Jon and I have rushed into his nursery to make sure he's okay! I was always warned that when he did sleep through the night for the first time, that we'd rush in to see if he was okay...and we did! God has blessed us with such a sweet baby. Here are a few more recent pictures of our little bundle of joy.Hope everyone has a great weekend! Enjoy!

Happy 3 Months, Adison!

3 months already! Hard to believe isn't it? Well, these pictures were taken today. Our little boy is growing up so fast. Sometime in the near future we are going to take him to Portrait Innovations to get his picture taken. I cannot wait. He's been getting better every day at holding up his head while on his belly...a couple of times he's been able to roll over from his belly to his back. I'll try to catch it on film sometime soon and post it. Enjoy these pictures!

Full House

Adison loved sitting with his Papaw and watching hunting. While we were visiting, Papaw explained to Adison the difference between a white tail deer and a mule deer... he's learning early!

Sittin' on Mamaw's lap in the front yard while all the other children ran around like crazy! One day he'll be running around with them.

Isn't that smile precious?

When we went to WFU, this was one of the ladies we went to visit. Suzanne is my former boss and a dear friend of mine. With it being Halloween and her working in the Pediatric department, she was one of many that was dressed up for the occasion. Adison loved looking at her blue hair!!! (Note for Jamie: This looks awefully natural...Suz needs one of her own!)

There's that cute face again. He's all bundled up because we're outside in downtown Kernersville letting the other kids trick-or-treat at all the little shops as you'll see in the next few photos.

Now, Ashlyn, my niece pictured above is almost 3 years old. She thought Adison was hers! If anyone else was holding him she thought it was her turn. It was absolutely precious. Saturday night my sister and Ashlyn helped me give Adison a bath and oh did she have a time with it!

I couldn't resist putting this picture on the blog. The pretty little girl on the left is my niece Ashlyn and the other pretty little girl on the right is my niece Leah. Its rare to catch a photo this good of little ones because they move around so much. Lucky shot.
And finally, Mamaw and Papaw with all 7 of their grandchildren. It's hard to believe there's 7 of them. Every one of them (including Adison) love visiting Mamaw and Papaw's house. And I tell you, when we're all there, it's truly a FULL HOUSE!!!!!

We're Back!

We're back in town. Our trip to Mamaw and Papaw's was absolutely wonderful, it was just too short. Thursday afternoon we arrived around 1:30pm into Charlotte. Mamaw and Papaw were there to pick us up. That evening Mamaw and Papaw just enjoyed spending time with Adison at the house. Friday morning mom and I woke up and took Adison to see a good friend/co-worker of my mom's and then we went by my old workplace, Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. Adison was able to meet several of my dear friends there. After we left WFU, we went by Babies R Us to browse around since we don't have one of those down here in Montgomery. By the time we got home that evening it was a short while before my sister Amy and her family from Lynchburg, VA arrived. My mom and sister dressed her 3 kids and we all headed down to downtown Kernersville to trick-or-treat with the kids. Saturday morning my other sister, Tracy and her family came in from Asheville, NC. We stayed at Mamaw and Papaw's the entire day, letting the kids play and enjoy spending time together. That afternoon we celebrated Titus' birthday, which is actually today, then we had an early Thanksgiving dinner as a family. My grandmother (mom's mom) came up to join us for all the fun. The next morning mom, dad and I took Adison to church. My sister's had already headed back home so the rest of Sunday was spent with Adison, loving on him. Adison loved spending time with Mamaw and Papaw and meeting his cousins and I believe they enjoyed him as well, especially little Ashlyn. We sure miss everyone!!!! Pictures are coming soon so stay tuned....
